Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned Government Advocate representing Mr. A. Vashum, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents seeks three weeks further time for filing counter affidavit.
Mrs. L. Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 360 of 2021 also seeks two weeks time for filing counter affidavit. At the same time, Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 360 of 2021 seeks two weeks time for filing rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the State respondents.
Prayer is allowed.
List these cases again on 27.04.2023. In the meantime, parties are at liberty to exchange their affidavit, if so advised.
