Heard Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
The learned Government Advocate prayed for granting three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit in WP(C) No. 21 of 2022 and at the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner also sought for granting some time for filing rejoinder affidavit in WP(C) No. 20 of 2022.
Prayer is allowed.
