Momo, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Albani Thokchom, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and submitted that an application for impleading necessary parties has been filed, however, the same is not listed today. The learned senior counsel, accordingly, prays for taking up this matter along with the said impleadment application in the next week.
Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection.
